Lemon Curd Submission! I made lemon curd using one of your recipes. It was surprisingly easy to make. I’m using it as filling for a lemon meringue pie. I love lemon/lime desserts, and I have a lemon tree in my back yard. So I’m probably going to make this on a regular basis. :)
