Brownie Stuffed Cookies!
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 oz. bag miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
