Finally! someone submits a mini version of a full sized cake! I’m so glad you did this, I do this all the time with the cheesecake recipes on my blog. I have a great mini cheesecake pan and love to make mini versions of all the cheesecakes! Yours looks amazingly like the pic! and it looks sooooo good! :::drools:::
