To be more specific, no pork. [i know gelatin can be made from chicken and cattle, but i don't think we have that here] Oh and, where can you buy candy thermometers; other than the internet?
I’m not sure but I think the gelatin is needed so the texture is correct. Any vegan followers have a good tip or ideas?
