lemon curd is usually used in recipes like meringue pies and cake fillings but you can use this on top of ice creams, toast, pastries, danishes, greek yogurt, sorbets, vanilla cakes, parfaits, as a cake shooter layer, pavlovas, french macarons (and other cookies), cheesecakes, pancakes… and yesterday I posted a lemon meringue smore’s idea that was very popular… so be creative!

Homemade Lemon Curd Submission! I used your recipe for Lemon curd and was very surprised how quickly it is to make. There was just a very little bit that wouldn’t fit into the 16 oz. jar I was using, but it won’t survive the day. I am ecstatic at how delicious and clean tasting this turned out to be. Needless to say, this recipe is going to be repeated many more times. To make sure it’s perfect, of course :D lemon meringue mother’s day cake (video tutorial/recipe)
