Orange Sunrise Smoothie
Yields: 2 medium servings
1 medium nectarine, ripe1 orange1 mango1 carrot1/4 cup pure mango juice (or orange juice, or milk… pick your own!)1 heaping handful of ice cubes
In a blender, combine the carrot (peeled and cut into rounds), peach (cut into chunks, skin on), and mango (cut into chunks, peeled). 
Cut the orange in half and squeeze all the juice you can, then, using your fingers or a knife, scrape as much leftover pulp as possible into the blender. Pulse on high until completely smooth and blended. 
Add in the juice, and ice cubes. Pulse until no more ice chunks remain. Pour into two cups, and garnish with a slice of orange, if desired. Enjoy immediatedly! :)
