Fruit & Herbs Flavored Water Tutorials
- For best flavor let ingredients sit for a few hours before serving.
- I make these on large water bottles for the gym
- You can serve this for outdoor summer parties (picnics, fourth of july, garden weddings etc)
- This is significantly lower in calories than juices, soda
- Adding a bit of flavor to water can make it easier to drink more water than usual (sometimes it’s hard to drink 8 glasses of plain water a day)
- I *think* if you are on the Weight Watchers Program fruits & herbs have 0 points (so it’ll count as if you’re drinking plain water) *I don’t know if they changed this points rule…please double check :)
I’m not sure about these ingredients. I highly recommend spring water for it gives it an extra Je ne sais quoi versus using tap water, distilled water, mineral water, or purified water. It’s all debatable obvs… I’m on the fence. How about you? thoughts?

perrlahh asked: Do you have the recipe for the rainbow drink? I searched and couldn't find it. that pic doesn’t come with a recipe but all you need is:
- you put regular water in the ice maker and drop 1 drop of food coloring on each piece of ice and freeze
- then when they’re frozen you serve in a clear glass with seltzer water
- and there is your rainbow drink! :)
—— instead of using food coloring you can also freeze different colored juices and then serve w/ seltzer water (I’ll have a more tropical flavor) :)
**she’s talking about this drink BTW
